All sales of liquidation pallets on wholesaleclearanceoutlet.co.uk are final. Once the goods have been delivered, returns and refunds are not accepted, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are explained further down this page and are not affected.

Why Sales Are Final

The manifest and the condition of the goods are published on the product page before you confirm your purchase, where that information is available for the lot. That lets you review the contents, product category and stated condition before you order. Because these are liquidation, overstock and customer return goods sold in lots, returns and refunds are not processed after delivery.

Please Check Before You Buy

Read the manifest, the condition of the goods and the shipping cost on the product page carefully before you order. Send any question about the contents of a lot, its stated condition or the delivery destination to sales@wholesaleclearanceoutlet.co.uk before you complete your purchase.

Order Errors

If you spot a mistake in your order before you pay, email sales@wholesaleclearanceoutlet.co.uk straight away so we can correct it. Once payment is confirmed and the pallet has been dispatched, the order cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded, subject to the section below.

Your Statutory Rights as a Consumer

If you are a consumer, meaning an individual buying wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, nothing on this page affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Those rights include, where they apply, the right to cancel a distance contract within the period set by the Regulations, subject to the exceptions in them, and the right to reject goods that are faulty or not as described.
