Why We Exist
Buying liquidation pallets UK wide has a reputation problem. Sellers describe stock vaguely, leave condition unclear and are hard to reach once the order is placed. That leaves buyers guessing, and guessing is expensive when you are buying by the pallet.
We built this outlet to work the other way round. The condition of goods comes first on every product page. What We Sell
Our stock is organised into four pallet types. Liquidation pallets are bulk lots cleared by retailers, brands and distributors. Customer return pallets hold returned goods, where condition varies by item. Overstock pallets hold surplus and clearance stock. Mixed merchandise pallets combine several product types in one lot for buyers who want variety.

How We Describe Condition
We state condition in the same terms used across UK wholesale. New and tagged stock is described as new and tagged. Returned goods are described as returned goods. Where a pallet can hold Grade B stock, shelf pulls or salvage stock, that is stated on the page. Customer returns are never presented as new, and where a pallet is named after a brand, the listing sets out what the manifest actually shows.
Who We Serve
We serve the United Kingdom first. Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey are our secondary markets. All prices on the site are shown in pounds sterling only, whichever of those locations you are buying from.
Our buyers are resellers, market traders, car boot sellers, small business owners, second-hand shop owners and online stores. Resellers on eBay and Amazon.co.uk need clear condition notes and accurate item detail to list with confidence. Sellers on Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree tend to work with local, bulky or lower-value items where postage would eat the margin. Small businesses and second-hand shops use new or lightly checked stock to lift a rail or a shelf.

How We Operate
Every order follows the same steps. The pallet is listed with its condition of goods and, where one is supplied, a manifest. You read the listing, ask any questions and place your order online in GBP. Your order is processed and dispatched, and tracking is provided on every shipment. An invoice is issued with your order.
Communication is direct. You can reach the team by phone, WhatsApp or email before, during and after your purchase. Questions about a manifest, condition, delivery to your area or a larger order go to a real person who knows the stock. If you are ordering to Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey, contact the team first to confirm delivery arrangements and any tax or customs requirements for your destination.
Our Standard
