Winter footwear pallets for resale UK: 330 boxed pairs from 14 brands
Winter footwear sells against the calendar. Shoppers want boots when the weather turns, and sellers who have stock ready at that point do better than those still waiting for a delivery. This lot puts 330 pairs of brand new boots and shoes on your shelf in one purchase, in original retail packaging, with a combined RRP of £46,850.
Warehouse location: United Kingdom. The stock is dispatched from the UK and priced in GBP only. The manifest has 60 lines from 14 brands, with RRPs from £70 a pair for the Mountain Warehouse Snowdon Waterproof Boot to £220 a pair for the UGG Women’s Adirondack Boot.
We supply buyers in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and also in Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. To reserve the lot or ask about a specific line, email sales@wholesaleclearanceoutlet.co.uk or message +44 7737 960833 on WhatsApp. If you would like to see the wider range of bulk stock first, browse our Liquidation Pallets category.
Why a multi-brand winter lot works
One brand can go quiet. Fourteen brands across fashion, outdoor and work footwear give you several audiences at once: shoppers who want a sheepskin boot, walkers who want a waterproof hiking boot, and customers who want a leather Chelsea for the office.
What is in this winter footwear pallet?
This is a mixed branded winter footwear liquidation pallet. Mixed means many brands, styles and sizes in one purchase, not a single repeated pair. Liquidation means the lot is sold as bulk clearance stock at a price below the combined retail value.
The listing describes the condition as brand new, in factory or original retail boxes. It also specifies never worn, original manufacturer product, no used footwear, no customer returns, no refurbished footwear, no damaged soles or uppers and no missing pairs.
Style families
The styles split into four groups. Sheepskin, platform and leather boots include the UGG Classic range, the Tasman II slipper and Dr. Martens 1460 boots. Chelsea boots come from Dr. Martens, Timberland, Hunter and Clarks. Hiking and walking boots come from Salomon, Merrell, Columbia, Timberland, Regatta, Mountain Warehouse, ECCO and Skechers. Waterproof, insulated and winter boots come from Timberland, Skechers, The North Face, Columbia, Hunter, CAT Footwear and others.
Colours and sizes
The colours named in the listing are Black, Brown, Chestnut, Wheat, Tan, Dark Brown, Grey, Navy, Khaki, Cream, Beige and Olive. Sizes run from UK 3 to UK 12, with the range for each line shown in the manifest.
Who this lot suits
A lot of 330 pairs is a substantial commitment. It suits sellers who already have customers for branded footwear, or an established listing routine, and who can store boxed stock safely.
Footwear shops and independent retailers
Shops can fill a winter window across price points. At the top are UGG, Dr. Martens and Timberland at £170 to £220 RRP. At the lower end are Regatta and Mountain Warehouse at £70 to £80 RRP.
Online stores and marketplace sellers
Sellers on eBay and Amazon.co.uk can build listings around named styles, such as the Dr. Martens 1460 Smooth Leather or Timberland 6-Inch Premium Waterproof Boot. Named styles are how many shoppers search.
Market traders and car boot sellers
Traders selling in person can lead with the widely recognised names and the lower-priced walking boots, which are easy to price and easy to explain. The boxed presentation helps at a stall.
Second-hand shop owners and small business owners
Second-hand shop owners can add a new, boxed footwear rail to a shop that mostly sells pre-owned stock. Small businesses supplying outdoor or workwear customers can use the CAT Footwear, Regatta and Salomon lines.
Who might prefer a different lot
If you have not sold footwear before, our Mixed Merchandise Pallets range has smaller lots that let you learn how sized products sell before you commit to one of this size.

The lot totals 330 pairs and a combined RRP of £46,850.
Pairs and value by boot type
Waterproof, insulated and winter boots are the biggest group, with 133 pairs across 27 lines and a combined RRP of £18,035. Sheepskin, platform and leather boots account for 105 pairs across 14 lines worth £17,145. Hiking and walking boots account for 63 pairs across 13 lines worth £7,560. Chelsea boots account for 29 pairs across 6 lines worth £4,110.
Pairs and value by brand
UGG is the largest brand with 81 pairs worth £13,140, followed by Dr. Martens with 48 pairs worth £8,400 and Timberland with 43 pairs worth £6,780. Skechers has 34 pairs, Columbia 22, Clarks 17, Merrell 15, Salomon 13, Regatta and Mountain Warehouse 11 each, Hunter 10, The North Face and CAT Footwear 9 each, and ECCO 7.
Estimated retail value of the winter footwear lot
RRPs run from £70 to £220 a pair. The combined RRP of £46,850 across 330 pairs gives an average of £141.97 a pair. That average is a fair guide because the lot has no small group of very expensive pairs pulling it up.
The value bands show the shape. At £190 RRP and above there are 44 pairs worth £8,545. From £150 to £189 there are 114 pairs worth £18,650, the biggest band and the core of the lot. From £120 to £149 there are 82 pairs worth £11,005. Below £120 there are 90 pairs worth £8,650.
RRP is a recommended retail price, not a guaranteed resale price. Footwear retailers run promotions, and shoppers compare, so any resale plan should be built on a realistic proportion of RRP.
Margin examples by pair
For illustration only, a Dr. Martens 1460 Smooth Leather at £170 RRP sold at 60 percent of RRP brings in £102.00. A Timberland 6-Inch Premium Waterproof Boot at £190 RRP brings in £114.00. A Regatta Samaris Mid II at £80 RRP brings in £48.00, and a UGG Women’s Adirondack Boot at £220 RRP brings in £132.00. Your margin is that sale price less your share of the pallet cost, postage, packaging, fees and storage.
Profit scenarios for winter footwear pallets for resale UK
The scenarios below apply three resale percentages to the £46,850 combined RRP. They are worked examples, not forecasts. The pallet price is on the product listing, and your profit is the revenue below less that price, your postage and handling, platform fees and your time.
Conservative scenario
At an average of 50 percent of RRP, revenue is £23,425.00, or about £70.98 a pair. This allows for discounting slow sizes and for selling late in the season, and is a sensible base case if you need to clear the lot.
Moderate scenario
At 60 percent of RRP, revenue is £28,110.00, or about £85.18 a pair. This assumes steady sales through several channels during the main winter buying period.
Optimistic scenario
At 70 percent of RRP, revenue is £32,795.00, or about £99.38 a pair. It needs strong listings, good timing and a ready audience, so it should not be treated as the expected outcome.
Honest disclosure
These figures are market estimates and not guaranteed returns. Footwear prices change with the weather, retailer promotions and competing sellers. Postage of boxed boots, packaging, marketplace fees, storage and unsold sizes will all reduce profit, and unsold winter stock can wait a long time for the next season. Buy only the quantity you can store and sell without needing every pair to reach its target.
Why winter boots suit UK resellers
Margin in liquidation comes from buying below the price the goods can realistically resell for. These pairs are specified as new and boxed, so you avoid the cleaning, repairs and grading that used or returned footwear needs.
The brand mix helps. Buyers who know UGG, Dr. Martens and Timberland by name are searching for those brands specifically, and buyers who want a practical walking boot are often more concerned with waterproofing and price than with fashion. This lot serves both, and the £70 to £220 RRP range covers a wide spread of budgets.
Demand for winter footwear is also predictable in the sense that shoppers in the UK need it every year. That is a planning point and not a guaranteed pattern, but it gives you a clear window for listing and a reason to hold your prices during the cold months.
The lot works across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and for sellers reaching customers in Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, subject to the duty responsibilities in the shipping section.
Sourcing many brands at once
Buying fourteen brands separately means many supplier relationships and many small orders. One lot replaces those and fixes your cost for the whole range at the point of purchase.
Scale smart, not just by volume
Volume in footwear brings sizing risk. Each pair has one size, and a size that does not move ties up cash and space.
Start with the 114 pairs in the £150 to £189 band, which is where most of the value sits. These are your main lines. Photograph the box and the boot, state the UK size clearly and price with your floor in mind.
Set a floor price for every line before you list it, based on your share of the pallet cost plus postage and fees. Boxed boots are bulky to send, so postage can take a large share of the lower-priced pairs. Regatta and Mountain Warehouse pairs at £70 to £80 RRP may sell better locally, where the buyer collects.
Release stock in batches. Listing everything at once makes it harder to see which styles and sizes are moving, and you risk being left with a pile of late-season stock. Check your sales each week, reprice slower lines gradually, and keep the premium styles at firm prices until the season is well advanced.
How this lot compares with other sourcing routes
The table compares this lot with two other common ways to source footwear. It reflects the condition and format of the stock, not price.
| Factor | This 330-pair winter lot | Mixed returned footwear pallets | Buying single pairs from suppliers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Condition of goods | Brand new, original retail packaging | Customer returns, condition varies | Depends on supplier |
| Manifest | Full listing by brand, style, sizes and RRP | Often less detailed | Per pair invoice |
| Brand range | 14 brands in one purchase | Varies by lot | Chosen by you |
| Cleaning and repair | Not described as needed | Often needed | Depends on supplier |
| Admin per pair | One purchase | Sorting and checking | Many small orders |
| Storage need | Large, boxed footwear | Depends on lot | Scaled to demand |
If you want to weigh this against returned footwear, our Customer Return Pallets category covers lots in returns condition.

Where to sell winter footwear in the UK
Boots are compact enough to post, but they are heavier than most footwear, so channel choice depends on how you deliver.
eBay
eBay suits style-by-style listings. Use the brand, style name, colour and UK size in the title, photograph the box as well as the boots, and choose a postage service suited to a boxed boot. Offer collection to local buyers where you can.
Amazon.co.uk
Amazon.co.uk suits sellers who already hold an approved account and meet the requirements for the category. Rules and fees change, so check the current terms before you plan around it. Recognised styles such as the Timberland 6-Inch Premium are natural candidates.
Facebook Marketplace
Facebook Marketplace is strongest for local sales, where buyers can check the fit and collect. Lower-priced walking boots and work boots suit this channel well.
Gumtree
Gumtree reaches shoppers searching by area. It is useful for a few pairs at a time, and outdoor and work boots often attract local buyers who need them quickly.
Whichever channel you choose, describe every listing according to the manifest: brand new, in original retail packaging.
Terms of sale and returns
These are the terms for buying from wholesaleclearanceoutlet.co.uk. They are separate from the condition of the footwear in the pallet, which is specified as brand new with no customer returns.
Liquidation pallets are typically sold as is, given the nature of the stock, and this lot is sold on that basis. Read the manifest carefully and ask about any line before you order. Sizes are given as ranges by line, so ask for further detail on size mix if it matters to how you sell.
For any question on the terms of sale, email sales@wholesaleclearanceoutlet.co.uk or call +44 7737 960833 before you buy.

Liquidation stock is typically sold as is, and this pallet is sold on that basis. Study the manifest and ask about any line before you order. Contact us by email or WhatsApp with any question about the terms of sale before you buy.

No. Our scenarios use 50, 60 and 70 percent of the £46,850 RRP as examples only. Your result depends on the pallet price, selling prices, postage, fees, storage, unsold sizes and timing in the season. Treat every figure as an estimate and keep a cautious margin.
